Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your device's Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select Forge → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the Forge purchase.
Where is my data stored?
All journal entries and analyses are stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, they sync privately across your Apple devices through CloudKit. We never have access to your data.
Can I recover deleted entries?
No. When you delete an entry, it is permanently removed from your device and iCloud. This is by design — your data, your control.
Why didn't my analysis generate?
Analysis requires an active internet connection and a Forge Pro subscription. If both are in place and it still isn't working, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, contact us.
Does Forge work on iPad?
Yes. Forge works on iPhone and iPad and syncs between them through iCloud.
Is my journal content used to train AI?
No. Forge uses Anthropic's API for analysis, and Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models. Your journal content is processed to generate your analysis and nothing more.
